Meet Sheldon Ingram
Sheldon is the founder of Sheldon Ingram Uniq Wellness and holds certificates as a CHHC & CPN. Sheldon is a certified holistic health coach who specializes in dynamic and sustainable weight loss and the unique steps of healthy aging, through his self-designed detox method. He is the owner and founder of Uniq Wellness and helps drive clients towards leaner, stronger, more vibrant and healthier bodies - and therefore reversing chronic illnesses and creating happier lives. His approach does not focus on diets. It is based on bio-individuality, what is good and effective for each individual and focuses on a steady transformation into consistent and powerful eating habits anchored by whole foods and super foods. Understanding why and how a client is challenged by weight and health issues is critical in Sheldon’s coaching program. Sharing his coaching principle of self love is a vital component in helping his clients embrace accountability and achieve success physically, mentally and emotionally.
Sheldon received his formal education from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutritional Studies through Cornell University. He is trained in more than 100 dietary theories and detox methods as well as training in breathing and mediation techniques. Sheldon is also a television reporter, a former collegiate and semi-pro football player, maintaining a strong devotion to nutrition and fitness.

Tanya Jarrett ‘s passion is finding the right healthy lifestyle approach for each client. Tanya focuses on personalizing all of her nutrition and fitness programs based on the unique biochemistry of the individual and their goals.
Tanya is the founder of Live Fresh LLC, a nutrition practice that provides personalized nutrition programs and nutrition education programs to those who are ready to make positive lifestyle changes. In her practice, Tanya uses the revolutionary Metabolic Balance® program that is based off of personal blood values, medical history, and food preferences. She also contributes regularly to her plant-based food blog because no one can have enough plants in their life!
Tanya’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Health Management Systems from Duquesne University and a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh. She is also a certified Nutritional Therapist and Group Fitness Instructor.
Tanya was honored to wear the crown as Miss Pennsylvania USA in 2006, and still gives time back to the pageant community in various ways. She loves to spend time with her husband and daughter, create new recipes, learn about wine, read anything fitness/nutrition related, teach high intensity fitness classes, and travel. She splits her time between Frankfurt, Germany, where her husband plays professional ice hockey, and the USA, where she was born and raised.
